LAMDA Refund Policy & Process

This is a separate policy to our ticket booking terms.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, it is damaged in transit or faulty, please notify us within fourteen (14) working days of receiving your goods, in its original condition and accompanied by the order number and note with details of the request. You do not need to include the original note.

First email where you can inform us of your return and discuss any issues with your order.

Goods must be returned at your own cost and we would recommend that you return the goods by recorded delivery.

We ask that items are sent back to LAMDA via the below address and we will issue a refund or replacement once the item has been received. Please note payment can take 5-7 working days to process.

Items should be marked for the attention of the Qualifications Team.
