About Us

LAMDA Exams is an Ofqual regulated awarding organisation, providing world-renowned qualifications in communication and performance-based subjects.

Our syllabi are taught in over 45 countries across the world, in independent and state schools, performing arts organisations, in colleges and by independent teachers.

With over 110,000 people a year taking one of our qualifications, LAMDA Exams help learners of all ages, abilities, backgrounds and cultures develop skills for life, improve speech, language and communication skills, foster creativity, and encourage a love for the performing arts.

At the heart of our work, we aim to inspire young people to become confident communicators through the exploration of drama, literature and public speaking. We offer qualifications in a range of subjects, from acting to speaking in public and beyond.

Through this, individuals are shown to develop greater confidence and self-assurance, having learnt vital life skills in an enjoyable, dynamic way.
