LAMDA’s Musical Theatre examinations are designed to develop skills in acting through song. Learners will learn how to communicate the dramatic content of musical text through performance, developing self confidence, a strong singing voice and presentation skills.
The examinations provide an outlet for creative expression as well as enhancing memory and recall skills. LAMDA’s Musical Theatre examinations are recognised by the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) in England, Qualifications Wales (QW), and the Council for the Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment (CCEA) in Northern Ireland.
The qualification is available at four levels: Entry Level, Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3.
