If you have a query about your order, please email exams@lamda.ac.uk and our team will be in contact as soon as possible.

Delivery Timeframes

Please note we dispatch items from our warehouse on business days during office hours only. Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped same day, orders placed after 12pm will be shipped on the next working day. Please note, deliveries can take up to 10 working days.

Christmas Period

LAMDA will be closed for the Christmas period from Friday 19 December 2025 to Friday 2 January 2026. Please note that deliveries will not be fulfilled during this time, and any product or delivery enquiries will be responded to once the office reopens.
